With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dr. Jonathan De Giovanni is a seasoned C-level executive, an international tax lawyer, and an investment migration consultant. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Promethean Advisory Limited, a Malta/London/Milan-based firm that provides consultancy in various sectors and industries, including immigration, gaming, shipping, and aviation.

He is also a blockchain and AI enthusiast, who advises on matters such as virtual financial assets regulation, international tax planning, corporate and commercial law, and Malta citizenship and residency. He leads a multidisciplinary team of professionals across multiple offices, who deliver innovative and tailor-made solutions that meet the needs and expectations of their predominantly international clients. Additionally, he holds several non-executive directorships and compliance roles in regulated entities, such as asset management companies, forex companies, fund managers, and investment funds.
