About Michael Boudry

As a lawyer, Michael primarily focuses on matters of corporate law and M&A. With a hands-on approach, Michael guides clients to a well-founded solution and long-term peace of mind.

Michael obtained his Master's degree in Law at KU Leuven in 2007. He further obtained an LLM in corporate law (KU Leuven, 2009) and a postgraduate degree in entrepreneurship and innovation (Flanders Business School, 2021).
