Bio

Andre Sylvestre is the Head of Phoenix Advisory Services Group and is directly involved in assessing, structuring, navigating and facilitating the financing of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and turnaround management assignments. Andre previous held senior positions with a series of international corporations for the purpose of and in the capacity of managing mergers, acquisitions, refinancings, and turnarounds. His previous corporate finance experience has been in the petrochemical, food processing and distribution, pharmaceutical, mining, and alternative energy industry sectors. Andre was previously employed by Sinarmas Group, Eber Petrochemical, Universal Brokers (derivatives), and the Bank of Montreal. Andre obtained his MSc from the University of Groningen, and his B. Econ from Surabaya University, and attended executive courses at Cornell University. Andre is multilingual (English/Chinese/Dutch).
