Adeleke Alex-Adedipe is a distinguished corporate commercial lawyer and the Managing Partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe.

He leads the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT)practice, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, and Business Advisory practice groups.

With nearly two decades of experience, Adeleke specializes in TMT, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, and other corporate commercial practices. He has participated in and facilitated numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences on finance documentation, mergers and acquisitions, and TMT within and outside Nigeria.
